April 10th Handbuilding
Mold and MiterNext class I will be bringing some of my plaster slip cast molds to show you how they can be used by pressing instead of pouring clay into them. I'll also bring a carpenter's miter box to show you how it can be used to build or modify extruded shapes.
We will also discuss working with the wheel throwing class on a joint project to make some interesting handbuilt-wheel thrown objects!
